Practice Description:

Every individual deserves a warm and caring environment in which they feel heard, supported, and understood. I believe all people can benefit from counseling, no matter the situation or season of life they may be in. I believe in meeting people where they are while helping them establish hope and health as a foundation of their self-growth. I have found I work best with adolescent girls and women who are motivated to change.  I specialize in helping those suffering with symptoms of depression, anxiety, anger, behavioral issues, relationship issues, self-esteem, stress management, interpersonal conflicts, and childhood trauma.

One of the most important aspects of therapy is the relationship built on trust and respect. Using a person-centered approach, I allow each client to have a safe space to share their journey. I utilize a variety of modalities depending on the best fit for each person. I use an integrative and client-centered approach to personalize each experience.

As an outpatient therapist, my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgemental environment for you. I would love to walk along side of you in the journey of self-exploration, self-growth, and self-healing.
